Strawberry Marshmallow Pie

Graham Cracker Crust

28 graham crackers

1/4 cup melted butter

1/4 cup sugar

Filling

1/2 pound marshmallows (51 small, 32 large)

1/2 cup milk

1 cup whipped cream

2 cups quartered fresh strawberries

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter.  Add sugar and press into a pie tin.  Bake for 10 minutes.  Cool.

  2. For the filling: heat the milk in a double boiler on low heat.  Add the marshmallows and cook until melted.  Cool.  Whip one cup of whipping cream and add to the cooled marshmallow mixture.  Add berries and pour into the cooled crust.  Chill and serve.
